I really need to leave a 5-stars good review to this company. I placed my order online 5 days ago and surprisingly received my order yesterday! As a Tasmanian when doing an online purchasing, normally the delivering time was 2 weeks or more, not to mention it's Christmas period now.On top of the fast delivery, the goods were warped very carefully but not over-protected".Will definitely deal with Swan Bullion in the future."

A lot if miss information and lack of care for their local customers. Don't expect a reply from their support tickets either.Staff are nice but not worth the trouble.Edit - The staff for 3 days promised an instore release, i happily waited, only to find that was in fact not true.also you did not reply to my email ticket.. I have checked multiple times and once agian looked, you did not reply.
